Events at Bally Vaughan
Our Gazebo Restaurant is open every day except Monday, from 9am to 5pm, and no booking is required.  The Duck and Grouse Restaurant is available for private functions and must be booked in advance.  The Duck and Grouse seats 50 people and is the perfect venue for family gatherings, weddings or birthdays.  Call us for more information and to arrange your menu.

Children’s Birthday Parties are extra special at Bally Vaughan.  We can host parties from 2 to 20 and the birthday child gets an opportunity to feed a lion, leopard, civet or donkey!

Educational School Tours are a fantastic way to teach children about wildlife and conservation.  This is a hands-on, interactive tour with a variety of sanctuary residents and includes monkey-feeding and meeting and learning about endangered animals.

Game Ranger Days are held every Wednesday during the school holidays and the sanctuary is open exclusively for our junior Game Rangers.  Kids design and build a scarecrow to keep birds from stealing the duiker’s dinner, help our rangers feed the predators and other residents, and undertake an exciting animal rescue!

Painting Days at Bally Vaughan provide artists a quiet and tranquil day allowing them to capture the unique scenery and wildlife of our sanctuary.

For any of these events please book in advance by calling Bally Vaughan animal sanctuary at +236 4 497588 / +263 733 436 239 or +263 772 592 944 or Colin Mwatupa, Assistant Manager +263 774 312 887, or email Sarah Carter
